ASTER-25 Case erectors are heavy duty machines, designed for 24/7 operation.
Machinex design, provides reliable performance and case forming, with a two-sided vacuum suction handling during case erection.
These mechanisms ensure constant case forming even when the case cardboard comes from the cardboard magazine blank sealed in-between.
A synchronized chain box leading through the bottom flaps folding and sealing mechanism provides boxes that are always erected at an exact angle 90˚, as the boxes leave the machine. Speed of operations can be adjusted to Customers need, as well as case dimensions if it ’s out of defined range.
Change over time: manually in 10 minutes, tool free. Automatic change over - optional.
Capacity: up to 25 cases per minute.
