ASTER-25 Case erectors are heavy duty machines, designed for 24/7 operation.

Machinex design, provides reliable performance and case forming, with a two-sided vacuum suction handling during case erection.

These mechanisms ensure constant case forming even when the case cardboard comes from the cardboard magazine blank sealed in-between.

A synchronized chain box leading through the bottom flaps folding and sealing mechanism provides boxes that are always erected at an exact angle 90°, as the boxes leave the machine. Speed of operations can be adjusted to Customers need, as well as case dimensions if it's out of defined range.

ASTERON system can be top load or side load solution, depending on the products incoming and position in the case. Also, ASTERON can be tape sealing or hot melt solution (as well as bottom flaps tape and top flaps hot melt sealing, or vice versa).

ATOMAX OPEN TRAY is designed as wrap around case packer for some self- supporting products, which can be palletized without cover part of the case.
