VORTEX designed as middle speed solution with capacity up to 22 trays per minute and HI SPEED solution for up to 40 trays per minute, designed for hi-capacity production lines.

VORTEX machine is indexing motion system for cardboard blank puling and tray forming in a few stations simultaneously. This process is fully automated, controlled by system of sensors, PLC programme and powered by electro motors (in HS solution by servo motors and drives), provides formed trays on 90? and precisely positioned.

VORTEX machines are adjustable for different tray dimensions. Change over time is up to 20 minutes.

COMBYPACK System for tray forming and cups loading for the dairy industry consists of two modules: tray former and loader.

Loading module is equipped with robotic hand to pick complete formation of incoming cups and transfer group into the prepared tray. End-of-arm is designed according specific characteristics of cups and can be with vacuum suction cups or fingers for safe transfer.

COMBIPACK configurations:

• Two separated modules - tray former and loading module connected by appropriate conveyor.
• Compact version - both modules in one housing.
• Integrated version - the COMBIPACK system is integrated with the primary packaging machine. In this version, thepick and place module would pick up cups directly fromthe nests on the filing machine exit point and place them into the tray.

COMBYPACK can be delivered as Single format or Multi format - a solution with exchangeable format tooling.

Format change over can be applied on either one or both modules. Combined servo-pneumatic system - an optimised solution for a maximum speed of 22 trays per minute and an adequate cups for loading.

High-speed full servo system - max capacity of up to 40 trays per minute. All manipulations are performed by servo drives.

SLEEVEE machine is automatic system for wrap around sleeve packaging for:

SLEEVEE is continuous motion system, can operate as standalone machine or integrated into the line with primary packaging machine, and also with transport packaging automatic machine.
